Terms of Service

The service is offered only to people aged 18 or older. You must provide accurate registration information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. Verified sign-in identities may be linked to one account, but accounts are not merged solely because they share an email address.

You may browse multimodal works and, when signed in, upload, save, share, follow, and Remix. You must not submit illegal, sexually explicit, exploitative, deceptive, dangerous, harassing, malicious, or rights-infringing material. We may review, restrict, reject, remove, preserve, or report content and accounts where necessary for safety, law, or service integrity.

You retain your rights in content you own. You grant the operator the limited worldwide rights needed to host, process, moderate, display, distribute, and operate the features you request. A public Prompt Recipe requires the displayed CC BY 4.0 grant, attribution, and modification record. Media assets keep their separate license record and are not automatically CC BY. Account deletion does not revoke a public license that was validly granted before deletion.

Supported works can be opened in the Remix workspace. Review the model, provider and credit cost in the quote before confirming. The selected generation service receives the prompt, parameters and reference materials. Results can vary with models, settings and references; multi-step or reference-only works may not support direct generation.

Paid credits do not expire; membership allowance resets each billing period; promotional credits may expire. Credits are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn. Web purchases use the payment methods displayed at checkout. Review price, currency, discounts and entitlements before confirming. CNY- and USD-priced credits are recorded separately and cannot be exchanged. Refunds are reconciled against the order and consumed entitlements; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Explore Aveniqa creator credit rewards: eligible paid web Remixes return 12% of paid credits consumed, split 8.4% to the parent author and 3.6% to the original author. No cash withdrawal.

Current Web rewards are credits for further on-site generation, not cash. The creator rewards page shows availability. Self-Remixes do not reward the same creator; gift or reward credits do not earn again; ineligible shares are not reassigned. Refunds reverse rewards proportionally. Fraud, abuse, chargebacks, rights violations, or safety violations may lead to restrictions or termination. Eligible decisions include an appeal path. You may revoke sessions, export available account data, and request deletion. We remove or anonymize eligible personal data while retaining only records required for law, security, payments, disputes, and valid public licenses.

AI output can be inaccurate or difficult to reproduce, and model or feature availability can change. Check accuracy, sources and usage rights before using or publishing an output. These terms do not limit consumer or personal-data rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
